How do I assign users to purchased seats?

To assign users to seats you need to click on theĀ  “Users” dropdown and click “Add One”. You can also add multiple at one time.

Once you have assigned users they will recieve instructions via email on how to log in and take thier course.

How do I purchase additional seats?

To purchase additional seats you simply need to click the “Add Seats” button under Enrolled Users. Then follow the checkout process to pay for the additional seats before assigning them.

How do I purchase new courses for my facility?

To purchase additional courses you simply need to click the “Add Courses” button under Group Courses. Then follow the checkout process to pay for the number of Course seats you need before assigning them within your facility management account.

I am a Facility Manager. Why do I not have course access?

By default, Facility Managers are not assigned to a course seat. If you would like to have access to a seat, simply assign yourself as an enrolled user under the “Users” dropdown –> Add One. Then enter your email address.

Can I delete enrolled users and reassign the seat to someone else?

If an enrolled user has already started their course then that seat has been taken and you cannot reassign that purchased seat. Instead you would have to purchase an additional seat.

If an enrolled user has not started their course then you can reassign that seat to someone else by clicking the checkbox next to a user’s name and then clicking “Remove user(s)”. Then you would assign that seat to someone else.

How do I reset a password for my staff member's account as a Facility Manager?

You can send a reset password link to any of your users by clicking the checkbox next to a user’s name and then clicking “Send password reset.”

Can I add additional Facility Managers?

Yes, you can add additional Facility Managers under “Group Leaders” and clicking the “Add group leader” button.

Please note: Adding a user as a group leader does not grant them access to the course. This only grants access to user management.

How do I look at my staff's course progress/status?

You can view an enrollee’s course progress on the facility dashboard or by entering the user’s name or email address on the Progress report page under the Facility Management dropdown to see a more detailed breakdown of thier progress.

How do I look at my staff's quiz/exam results?

You can view an enrollee’s quiz/exam results by selecting the course and quiz name on the quiz report page under the Facility Management dropdown. If you are looking for a specific user you can refine your search by searching for their name or email address to see a more detailed breakdown of their quizzes and exams.
