Lisa Brommer is a human resources leader with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations achieve their missions by focusing on their workforce. She has held senior HR roles at Wesleyan University, Colorado College, and the University of Kansas School of Medicine where she led transformative initiatives that have elevated the effectiveness and impact of HR functions across diverse institutions. Lisa has a master’s degree in administrative studies/human resources from the University of South Dakota and is nationally certified as a senior professional in human resources.

ESAAL Regulatory Training Program
Substantial Compliance has developed a comprehensive regulatory training program that is specific to New York State and has been very successful since its inception in January 2019. The regulatory training program is offered in partnership with the Empire State Association of Assisted Living.
The training program is centered around the latest NYSDOH ACF/ALR regulations and serves as the foundation for all learning. Through this program participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the regulations, DOH expectations, past interpretations, and industry trends. The program is specifically designed to equip key personnel in the Adult Care industry with vital knowledge that supports efficient operations, high-quality resident care, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
We are pleased to present these courses in partnership with the Empire State Association of Assisted Living (ESAAL). The Empire State Association of Assisted Living offers both live and remote training.
